Terms of use
Last updated 3 September 2026
This site is published by Cyrill Glockner AI Strategy LLC from Seattle, Washington. Using it means accepting the terms below.
The content here is information
Everything on this site is published for general information. It is written for a broad audience and takes no account of your organization, your constraints, or your risk position. Treat it as a point of view rather than advice you can act on directly.
Reading this site, sending a note, or booking a call creates no consulting relationship. Advisory work begins with a written agreement that says so.
Research figures
Where this site cites survey findings, the source and year are named so you can check them. Those figures belong to the organizations that published them, and their meaning depends on how each study was conducted. Research houses revise their findings, so verify anything you intend to rely on against the original.
My work stays mine
The AI Maturity Model, the approach and process described here, and the writing and design of this site are my work and remain my property.
You are welcome to link to this site and to quote briefly from it with attribution. Reproducing substantial parts of it, republishing it, using it to train models, or presenting it as your own work requires my written permission. Ask, and the answer is often yes.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. I aim to keep it accurate and reachable, and I offer no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, current, or free of errors.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent Washington law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from decisions made on the basis of its content. Anything with real stakes attached belongs in an engagement, where the scope and responsibilities are agreed in writing.
Links out
This site links to research, sources, and scheduling tools operated by others. Those destinations run under their own terms and privacy practices, and I have no control over what they publish or how they behave.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
These terms may change, and the date at the top will change with them.
